Collinite 885 is an award winning high quality carauba wax, legendary for it's durability in the toughest of environments. An excellent choice for marine, aeronautical or automotive finishes where extreme durability is most important. We recommend applying this product when the temperature is above 55 degrees, as it becomes difficult to work with at lower temperatures. Furthermore, we also advise that you start with a small 2 foot by 2 foot area--apply the wax and let 'almost' dry, not completely, then remove. The longer you let the product sit on the finish, the more difficult it is to remove, BUT the more durable the finish (what we call a 'trade-off'). Do not do the entire finish area and then expect to remove the starting point with anything less than a hammer drill. Can be applied by hand or machine.
