Vacuum motor used on a variety of steam cleaning machines that use a larger, 7.2" diameter vacuum motor.  This is a three stage vacuum motor which is significantly more powerful than a two stage vacuum motor with the same diameter.  The diameter is measured along the face of the vacuum motor (where the air is sucked in).  Steam Cleaners use a 7.2" or a 5.7" diameter motor.  The picture on our site is not exactly how the vac motor will look like.  The vacuum motor will not have any black plastic pieces on the fan shroud (top of the vac motor), instead, it's made of a gray metal.  This is a good thing, it's more durable.

Includes gasket and all wiring to connect easily to the terminal block.  This is a three stage vacuum motor, which is larger than the current vacuum motor Thermax uses on it's machines.  They changed from a three stage to a two stage motor to save money.  The difference is tremendous, this is a much more powerful and durable vacuum motor than what was originally on your machine, unless you have one of the older CP-5s from 10+ years ago.
